How do I return my order?

All of our custom products are 100% Hand-made, Please allow 5-15 days for production. if it is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for any custom items.

As our products are 100% Hand-made customized, We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the order when received has any damaged product(s). All sales are final. In the event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. include the order number, photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation e-mail.

Do you offer exchanges?

As our products are customized. We are unable to process exchanges at this time. You can donate, keep or dispose of them at your convenience. 

I have received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?

Please reach us via direct message on Instagram or at flyingtolove1@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 Flyingtolove is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided for the order. Flyingtolove is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout. Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing checkout.  Once an order has shipped .we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are returned to us due to an error in the address provided & returned shipments may be subject to a restocking fee.
